About Our Instructors

Instructors at Sound Mind and Body School of Taekwondo are chosen for two main reasons: The first has to do with mastery of the basics. They are capable of setting a sterling example of proper technique and exemplary attitude to lower belts. The second has to do with character. They are dedicated to the importance and power of teaching and find their own fulfillment by contributing to the fulfillment of others. For their expertise, dedication and loyalty, all instructors are always paid for their service to Sound Mind and Body, even though they would happily teach for free.
